I consider myself a pretty good cook, but these are PERFECT for my daughter, who I am currently teaching to cook. She used to nick herself on the chef's knife occasionally, so I bought one of these to test it out and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! She loves it, and it's made her want to help cook more.
I barely get to cut any of my own vegetables anymore!
